Serious Business!
<Serious Business> Is Now Alive! Welcome to our guild site. A lot of legions in Aion claim to be this and that and it's hard to differentiate between who is real and who is just a legion mass recruiting players. We are a legion who actually try to make the best of this game and enjoy it. Whether it'd be through PVP or leveling up as we group together in instances and the little random stuff. We are looking for members who are interested in dedicating time and effort to our numbers as we reach to be one of the top end legions of our server, Ariel. We are not a hardcore legion demanding tedious hours or that constant "WHY AREN'T YOU SO AND SO LEVEL YET!" We plan to be a casual legion doing casual events taking people's time and schedules into consideration.

Coming from playing various MMO's for quite some time now, as most of us have, I have acquired the leadership skills to successfully lead a legion/guild. Having been one of the top 5 guilds on my server on WoW, that could be testament to my abilities.

If you have any questions or are interested, just post an application and/or speak with Adrammelech in game.

Serious Business
Welcome to Serious Business. Enclosed you will find a few regulations and concepts that every member and officer have to follow and abide by. If there are any discrepancies or issues with any of the points herein, let me know

Hierarchy
Leader - Addrammelech/Sedaii
Officers - Dichan, Jewdis (Teratagen)

Legion
The legion is a place for members to havea group of players with similar playstyles, goals and maybe even the same desires. Members are expected to partake in events, activities and the usual run of the mill daily things. IE, grouping, questing, PvP, etc.

Officers
The officers in the legion are appointed for a reason. The serve directly under the leader with almost the same direct power. They are to be respected, obeyed and looked to for advice, concerns and disputes. Although an officer has the ability to remove someone from the legion, this will never be done unless by my word, council ruling or when extreme measures need to be implemented. In such a rare event, I will be notified immediately and look further into the matter.

Activity
All members are required to be active, participate and contribute in/with/to the legion. A grace period of 15 days of inactivity will be given until a member is deemed inactive and removal from the legion ensues unless under special circumstance. IE, you speak directly to myself or an officer about your period of inactivity. If for any reason you are to be inactive outside the game with the intent to return, the website and ventrilo will be your options for letting us know you are still here. I know it is hard for some people to make EVERY event, thus participation when you CAN is crucial and appreciated. Being a casual guild, events that are scheduled, should be looked forward to!
Activity within the legion consists of but not limited to
-Artifact/Fortress raids
-Instancing/Dungeons as a legion group/members
-Questing/Leveling together
-PvP groups
-In-game/Ventrilo Conversations
-World Boss Raids

Communications/Language/Conversation
The vast majority of the members in the legion are 18+ With this being said, some explicit language is to be expected, especially from me. If you do not wish to partake or deal with such conversations, leave a channel/ignore the person/change chat tabs. Members are to take consideration the race, sex, ethnicity of other individual. There will be some topics that we touch on but if at any point it gets out of hand, an officer will step in and that will be the end of that. Use common sense people. Disciplinary action will taken.

Events
As the legion continues to grow in numbers/levels, more and more events will be scheduled. The game has a vast variety of aspects to it and the number of ideas for events are limitless. When an event is scheduled, it will be posted on the WEBSITE and LEGION ANNOUNCEMENT. If you cannot attend said event, you are REQUIRED to post on the website in the event thread. Events should NOT be limited to just what the council schedules. Members are more than welcome to host and lead their own events. Make me happy, surprise me, take the artifacts while I'm not on.

Raid Loot
As we start to progress into more endgame content, the question of how loot will be distributed always arises. As we have no set standard of how to measure someone's activity and true participation, the officers and myself have agreed to do a loot council for the time being. This meaning that pieces of gear will go to the person who:
-Is a major upgrade to
-Is active within the legion
-Is a true contributor and team player
-And just downright deserves it

NO, THIS IS NOT GOING TO BE A "OMG GEAR THE OFFICERS" system. Personally I feel the officers should be able to get their own gear, and thus our priority will not be high as the members, unless the raid itself feels a certain piece SHOULD go to an officer.

Legion Kinah/Warehouse (NOT IN EFFECT YET)
As our numbers grow and so does the necessity for materials for raids, so does the kinah expenses. And because of this, a mandatory Kinah donation of 10,000 per week per player. This donation would help to pay for necessary items for raids. IE: kisks, scrolls, potions. The concept of this may seem shady but WEEKLY screenshots will be posted on the website to show the contents and amount of Kinah available. Payments would be made on Fridays or when available to you.

Members/Characters
Due to limited character space in the legion itself, there will be a limit of 2 characters under 50 per player. What this means is, once you have a level 50 player, you are allowed 2 more members into the legion as to not miss out on randomly scheduled events and whatnot. This will help weed out inactive players and let us measure our recruitment needs.

Ventrilo/Website
BOTH ventrlo and registration/being active on the website is a must. Ventrilo is only required to listen in raids/events but a mic is NOT mandatory. This will help coordinate our strategies and whatnot. The website activity is required to keep up to date on legion events/news.

Concerns/Issues/Disputes
If at ANY time a situation arises in the legion or with another member/officer, let myself or another officer know. Matters will be handled rationally and logically according to policy and procedure. I would rather you express your concern beforehand instead when it's blown out of proportion and you end up leaving the legion.

If you hereby agree with said policy. Please reply to this thread with a mere

"I Agree"
